Frank Garcia is the proud founder of We Give Thanks, a non-profit organization that provides Thanksgiving dinner to some 12,000 people each year in Orange County.
At the age of 13, Frank started as a dishwasher in a restaurant in Texas, learning the kitchen in the early hours of the day. When the cook left, Frank became the cook, and a legacy was born.
After 30 years, his dream of being able to provide for his family, and the ability to offer the finest Mexican food, has become a reality.
